HEARING PROCEDURE Hearing Procedure The Hearing Procedure was not required, as both parties had agreed to the conditions (as amended) recommended by NHDC Environmental Protection. As this agreement had been reached outside of the statutory consultation period, a hearing was not required, although the Sub-Committee was convened in order to consider the application. |
