Purpose:

To consider appointing a Member Representative to the Baldock Community Centre Association 2025 and to note that the Letchworth Garden City Town Twinning Association and the Bedford and River Ivel Internal Drainage Board were no longer active bodies.

Decision:

RESOLVED:

 

(1)   That Council nominated and approved Councillor Mick Debenham to the outside organisation Baldock Community Centre Association 2025.

 

(2)   That Council noted the Bedford and River Ivel Drainage Board and the Letchworth Garden City Town Twinning Association were no longer active and therefore be removed from the list of appointments the Council makes.

 

REASONS FOR DECISION: To comply with the provision of Standing Order 4.4.1(h) of the Council’s Constitution.
