REPORT OF THE INTERIM PROPERTY CONSULTANT

 

To seek Cabinet’s approval for the District Council to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement for the joint marketing and disposal of the land at The Snipe, Weston.

The Executive Member for Enterprise and Co-operative Developmentpresented the report entitled Land at the Snipe, Weston, Herts together with the following appendices:

 

·                Appendix A – Site Plan;

·                Appendix B – Memorandum of Agreement.

 

Councillor Steve Jarvis commented on the report.

 

Councillor Keith Hoskins proposed, Councillor Martin Stears-Handscomb seconded and it was:
