RESOLVED: That the report entitled Planning Appeals be noted.
REASON FOR DECISION: To keep the Planning Committee apprised of planning appeals lodged and planning appeal decisions.

The Development and Conservation Manager presented the report entitled Planning Appeals.
The Officer advised that a public inquiry was taking place from 3
– 10 August 2021 in relation to the Land South of Heath Lane,
Codicote. However, the Council were
lobbying for the date to be moved so that it takes place after the
Inspector’s report on the Local Plan.
RESOLVED: That the report entitled Planning Appeals be noted.
