Decision:

During the Licensing Committee deliberations, a decision was made for Councillor Ruth Brown to swap from reserve member to Committee member and for Councillor David Barnard to thereafter act as reserve. This made no bearing on the decision making process as all members were present for all proceedings.

 

The agreed decision notice is attached as part of the Minutes of this meeting.
