ELECTION OF A VICE-CHAIR FOR CIVIC YEAR 2025-26
Decision:
Councillors Joe Graziano and Vijaiya Poopalasingham were proposed and seconded as Chair. However, following a vote, neither nominated candidate was successful.
The Committee, Member and Scrutiny Manager advised that the election of the Vice-Chair would therefore take place at the next meeting of the Southern Rural Community Forum.

Minutes:
Councillor Ralph Muncer nominated Councillor Joe Graziano for Vice-Chair of Southern Rural Community Forum. This was seconded by Councillor Steven Patmore.
Councillor Laura Williams nominated Councillor Vijaiya Poopalasingham for Vice-Chair of Southern Rural Community Forum. This was seconded by Councillor Vijaiya Poopalasingham.
Following a vote, neither nominated candidate was successful.
The Committee, Member and Scrutiny Manager advised that the election of the Vice-Chair would therefore take place at the next meeting of the Southern Rural Community Forum.
