To take as read and approve as a true record the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on the 10 June 2026.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 10 June 2026, as amended, be approved as a true record of the proceedings and be signed by the Chair.

Councillor Stewart Willoughby, as Chair, proposed and Councillor Elizabeth Dennis seconded the motion to the approve the Minutes as a true record.
Independent Member John Cannon noted that under Minute 6, the reference to the ‘Finance Statement audit’ should be to the ‘Financial Statement Audit Plan’, as the Audit had not yet been conducted.
Councillor Elizabeth Dennis noted that although she was present at the meeting and was listed as substituting under the ‘Apologies for Absence’ item, she had not been included in the list of Members present.
The proposer and seconder confirmed that these amendments should be accepted into the substantive motion and, following a vote, it was:
RESOLVED:That the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 10 June 2026 be approved, as amended, as a true record of the proceedings and be signed by the Chair.
