REPORT OF THE SHARED INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE
A report providing details of the work undertaken by the Council and the Shared Internal Audit Service for 2025/26.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Committee noted the SIAS Annual Report 2025/26.

The Head of Assurance Services (HCC) & Client Audit Manager (NHDC) presented the report entitled ‘SIAS Annual Report 2025/26’ and advised that:
· This report was on SIAS rather than the Council itself.
· Global Internal Audit Standards did not require them to provide an annual report, but it was provided to give Members information regarding their services and activities.
Councillor Ruth Brown proposed and Councillor Elizabeth Dennis seconded and, following a vote, it was:
RESOLVED: That the Committee noted the SIAS Annual Report 2025/26.
