15.	ELECTION OF CHAIR The sub-committee members will elect a Chair and determine who will be the reserve member. Decision: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Ian Albert be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee. Minutes: Councillor Elizabeth Dennis proposed, and Councillor Daniel Allen seconded, and it was: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Ian Albert would be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee.
