19.	ELECTION OF A CHAIR The Sub-Committee Members will elect a Chair and determine who will be the Reserve Member. Decision: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Tom Tyson be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee. DECISION NOTICE PDF 75 KB Decision: During the Licensing Committee deliberations, a decision was made for Councillor Ruth Brown to swap from reserve member to Committee member and for Councillor David Barnard to thereafter act as reserve.
