1.	ELECTION OF A CHAIR The Sub-Committee Members will elect a Chair and determine who will be the Reserve Member. Decision: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Ian Albert be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee. Minutes: Councillor Keith Hoskins proposed and Councillor Tim Johnson seconded, and it was: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Ian Albert be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee.
2.	HEARING PROCEDURE PDF 82 KB The procedure to be followed by the Chair when conducting the sub-committee hearing. Decision: The Chair welcomed Members, Officers, Applicant and the Senior Environmental Health Officer to the hearing.
