Decision: Councillor Elizabeth Dennis proposed and Councillor Steven Patmore seconded, and it was: *RESOLVED:* That Councillor Dave Winstanley be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee. The Chair welcomed Members and Officers to the hearing.
