RESOLVED: That the report entitled Planning Appeals be noted.

The Principal Planning Officer presented the item entitled Planning Appeals.  He advised the following:

·                There were 6 appeal decisions;

·                6 appeals had been lodged, all of which were dismissed; and

·                There was currently 1 appeal lodged.
