The Chair proposed, and Councillor Keith Hoskins seconded, and it was:

 

RESOLVED: That Councillor Steven Patmore be appointed as the Reserve Member for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee.

 

The Sub-Committee noted the hearing procedure.
