Agreement to suspend collection of
£100,608.78 clawback in respect of the disposal of Property
at 25, Hitchin Road, Weston Hertfordshire SG4 7AY to allow settle
the opportunity to comply with the terms of an exemption namely
applying the proceeds towards the provision of Social Housing or
Community Benefit in the District of North Hertfordshire, subject
to settle entering into a deed of covenant with North Hertfordshire
District Council that it will pay 25% of any overage payment is
