Councillor Elizabeth Dennis proposed and Councillor Steven Patmore seconded, and it was:

 

RESOLVED: That Councillor Dave Winstanley be appointed as Chair for this meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee.

 

The Chair welcomed Members and Officers to the hearing.

 

Councillor Steven Patmore proposed and Councillor Elizabeth Dennis seconded, and it was:

 

RESOLVED: That Councillor Steven Patmore be appointed as the Reserve Member for this meeting of the Licensing Sub Committee.
