Churchgate Regeneration Project Update & Next Steps Part 2

 

 

To provide an update on the project progress so far, and report on suggested next steps and milestones in preparation for the Cabinet decision in June and Full Council in July. The proposed Cabinet decision is as follows: Approval to commence the interim procurement, enabling the Council to select a preferred party to evaluate the viability, feasibility, and deliverability of the Churchgate Regeneration Zone - ahead of any decision to appoint a development partner to implement the regeneration.
