Councillor Helen Oliver - Declarable - In that she would be chairing the Rail Users Group meeting on 19 July 2018. Cllr Oliver stated that she was not a member of the group nor did she have any interest in it. Having received advice this did not prevent her from taking part in the debate and vote.
Councillor Kate Aspinwall - Declarable - In that she worked for Herts for Learning who were directly affected by this issue.
Councillor Val Bryant - Declarable - In that she was a teacher at Knights Templar School, Baldock, who were directly affected by this issue.
